Trouble is, this being a porno movie, hubby always has to pull out, making conception problematic.
So it’s off to the fertility clinic, where both are exposed to "new outside sexual stimulus" in the form of an attractive nurse and a fat guy with a beard, while the doctors attend via a computer that seems to consist of an old TV, an electric typewriter, and a hand-held calculator.
When that doesn’t work, it’s off to Hawaii in search of an exiled psychic - right after an interlude with a she-male stripper.
