Daniele è un ragazzo serio, idealista, appassionato del suo lavoro e quotidianamente deve scontrarsi con la logica del ricatto esercitata dai suoi colleghi, spesso con il consenso delle vittime predestinate. Le partecipanti al casting sono pronte a tutto pur di raggiungere l'obiettivo e per superare le selezioni offrono in pasto il loro corpo con la complicità di madri arriviste e immorali, disposte a spingersi fino all'incesto per aiutare le proprie figlie. Daniele cerca di combattere in tutti i modi la corruzione dilagante ma presto dovrà arrendersi alle sporche regole di una realtà che supera ogni possibile immaginazione.
